"My husband and I stay here and we had our 2 dogs with us too. The house was cozy, clean, and a fenced in backyard was perfect. It is local to anywhere in Portsmouth you want to go too. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We had a fantastic time and the house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again. And the owner was very quick to respond to any question I had and was so helpful. Shout out to Chris!!"

"Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house. When we were there, the lake was frozen and beautiful.The house was well stocked and perfectly ready for us. There's plenty of parking. "This place provided the bare minimum. The electric baseboard heaters barely worked; doors did not close properly, unfinished painting of walls and shelving, furniture was ratty, carpet was old and worn, the shower stall was so small and narrow for even a medium sized man. "
