"The best part has to be the gorgeous ocean views from the third floor, corner room we were given (#23). The whole hotel is pretty dated and has been there a long time. It seemed to me that our bathroom had some recent updates, though. Hampton Beach is just kind of run down in general. Our stay did nothing tonchange my mind about that."
