The only reason it wasn’t five stars across-the-board was because one of the kids beds had three slats missing, which we didn’t find out until the morning when the mattress had disappeared into the bed! we were too much of a rush to report it though, I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it very well, service was excellent with everything else!
