"Brilliant location and fair price"

"Used this hotel as a base when my husband had a heart attack and was admitted to St Bart’s following our visit to London. The staff were kind and friendly, the decor is brigh and funky, the room was lovely with a beautiful courtyard to look out onto, the bed was huge!!!! I ate here dinner and tea and the food was extremely good. I never had an average meal, it was all excellent. Staying here made a very difficult few days manageable and I will definitely use again only next time in better circumstances with my husband by my side."

"Stayed for 4 nights with my friend. The staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating. My only issue was with the down pillows that caused some neck problems for me but the front desk was able to provide firmer options that helped immensely. The bed itself was also comfortable. The location is also perfect. So close to Redchurch St but quiet in the room. "

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Kings Cross Hotel and wanted to share my mixed experience as a wheelchair user. Firstly, I must commend the wetroom; it was fantastic and designed with accessibility in mind. Having such a spacious and user-friendly shower area made my stay much more comfortable. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. One significant drawback was the dim lighting in the wet room. While I appreciate a calm atmosphere, it was challenging to see clearly, especially when using the amenities. Good lighting is crucial for safety and ease of use in such spaces, so this was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I had trouble controlling the air conditioning in my room effectively. The temperature wasn't what I hoped for, and adjusting it was not as straightforward as it should have been. It would have been nice to have a more user-friendly way to manage the room temperature, particularly for someone with specific needs. Overall, while I appreciated the accessibility features, improvements in lighting and air conditioning control would enhance the experience for guests like me. I hope the hotel takes this feedback on board for future stays. "
