If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. "What an amazing house! We had an incredible stay here this past weekend. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor seating area is perfect. I loved how the kitchen overlooked the living and dining room. The beds were amazingly comfortable and there was SO MUCH ROOM. The house was much larger than I expected and for our large group, it was perfect. This Josie helped us have an amazing weekend and I am so glad we found it, we will be back "
