If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. "We had such a nice time here! Very quiet neighborhood. Home had everything we needed to cook our own meals! The grocery Store and village is about a 10 minute drive. Tons of board/card games was also a plus! Bring shampoo that’s really the only thing it doesn’t have (no big deal cus I brought some) ..the only little critic I had is that the upstairs kitchen window and balcony sliding door doesn’t have coverings so felt like I was being watched lol…again great cabin! I would stay here again "

"Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway."

"This place was great for our 4 day cabin trip. Especially since it was my first time in Big Bear. I loved the wood floors and all features of the home. The binoculars and telescope provided were great to access although we didn’t have time to use them. Pros: nice home and model, nice details of the home we loved that featured the cabin model. Normal kitchen necessities were supplied. This was a plus since we planned on cooking a lot. Avant Stay also offered services to enhance your stay like a...
