"We enjoyed a very lovely stay for the carabao cup celebrations, staff and hotel were all perfect, as was the use of the robot room service which was the cherry on top for my 6 year old son. I would have given a 5 star review but have been left with a sour taste in my mouth on departure, as we were informed the hotel no longer offers discounts on parking despite both the carpark signage and the Maldron hotels website both stating it does, just feel very misled."

"We’ve stayed here for several visits to Newcastle and always enjoy our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it’s a good location on the outskirts of the city, and breakfast is really good. Kids enjoy the pool too. It’s getting a bit dated, unfortunately one of the lifts was out of order, so a long wait everytime you used it. Automatic doors weren’t working properly either. A shame but never had a problem before and sure these will be sorted. Overall recommend and will certainly stay...
