"I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...

"No exaggeration the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. This place is SPOTLESS. The kitchen is really big and equipped with anything needed to cook. The rooms are nice and spacious. Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport and a highway. Staff is friendly and very kind :) "

"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. Would not provide basic needs of the stay or honor their contract. Staff then said that I should owe them money for bothering them and asking for the basic necessities of a...

"It's the same hostel as Naples Experience. The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. The next day they moved another bunk bed into the room so it doesn't matter which room you book or how many beds it...
