"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."

"Our wonderful hosts, Vitti & Federico, welcomed us so warmly to their beautiful apartment that we felt instantly at home. As well as being spacious and stylish, the apartment is very conveniently located so it's very easy to get around to all the sights and to great eateries & shops. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and very highly recommend the Marquis of Naples"

"We had an amazing trip to Napoli and this apartment made it perfect. From the spacious living area, to the breathtaking views, to the children’s toys, we loved every minute. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We were able to walk to restaurants (15-20 min walk either direction with a 4 and 7 yr old, so I’m sure adults this would have been much shorter). If we needed a taxi, we had no problems. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"Hosts were very nice, and gave us a tour of the private living quarters in a palace 5 centuries old. Location was not the greatest, and it wasn’t quite as clean as we would have liked."

"We enjoyed our three nights in Napoli, found the flat very much to our liking. It's comfortable and quiet, well supplied and has plenty of room. I loved the high--very high!--ceilings and doors. The balcony was a great place for people watching. There are many cofffee bars and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket just around the corner. The archeological museum is an easy walk away.Piero is a kind and welcoming host, a very nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. "

"A charming, cute and lovely sized house for us. With all the amenities and facilities that you could wish for in a self-catering place. We were very impressed with the provisions - eg, cooking utensils, beach towels, deck chairs, beach bags, herb garden etc. Kitchen had gorgeous views. Property was tastefully decorated, providing many little homely touches. Beware, there are stairs up to the house and up to the mezzanine bedroom floor. Bathroom is on this floor and has a sloped ceiling,...

"The owner canceled the reservation right when we got there and made another reservation on a different date that I didn’t want it and charged me for both . I’m still making phone calls to reverse the payments."

"The apartment is in an urban area close to the ruins of Pompeii. Our host was very responsive and came to help us immediately when there was confusion about room access. There are balconies that give interesting views of the city and large rooms, three beds. There’s a parking ramp nearby and the attendant was very kind. He met us extra early so we could make our train by 7am! We had a very nice time."

"Neighborhood was quite a surprise, in a good way! Loved the vibe. What a beautiful city and beautiful people ! Can’t wait to go back. Apartment was as promised. Only issue was the propane running out, which was taken care of promptly. Wi-fi was an issue no matter where we were in Italy. "

"My husband and I had been looking for a place near the apartment we rented 50 years ago. We couldn't believe the location of Anna's house. It was perfect! There is not a lot of ocean view from the apartment, but as soon as you walk out of the gate, there it is. We didn't rent a car, and instead walked everywhere. "When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. There was a long period, when I checked in, in which I was pressured to decide if I was going to stay there or go to my friends in Arco Felice. I decided to stay for a few days. I...

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!"
