"Cutely decorated very comfortable and spacious vacation house an easy walk to Onancock shops galleries and restaurants. Excellent A/C too to fend off summer warmth. House has a huge yard abutting creak and nice amenities interesting books and helpful travel tips. Great stay in Onancock!"

"We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of activities, crabbing was fun, fishing was great as well. Like any other place in America bring sunscreen and bug spray. It wasnt bad just enough to warrant protection. Great outdoor activities and will not have time to do everything. We will be returning next year to continue our adventures."

"This was the perfect combination of rest and fun that we didn’t know we needed. It is a true unique and special experience to stay at Christy and Rick’s home. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful to make the stay perfect. And there is a great balance of us having a quiet, peaceful space. I really enjoyed paddle boarding on the Chesapeake. Awesome bonfire at night and star watching. Sunsets are something not to be missed. Our dogs were super welcomed and enjoyed their time too. Thank you! We will be back!"

"We rented this cabin to spend a couple of nights to be close to other places we planned to spend time at. The cabin is much bigger than I thought it would be space wise. The kitchen is tiny, only one person can fit in there at a time. It worked well for us, but just know if you plan to make a big meal with lots of prep you will have to utilize the dining room table for that. The ad states there is Satellite TV but for us it didn’t seem to be hooked up, again we weren’t there to spend all day watching TV so the antenna worked for us. You won’t be bothered all the way back there and there is plenty of space outside and in to have alone time. We had one issue with the hot water but a quick response from the host we were up and running in minutes. The cabin does sit near the creek but do not expect to walk out the back door to it, its back in the marsh. Overall a beautiful place to spend a weekend, it fit exactly what our family needed and I would highly recommend. We will be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this little slice of paradise! The views from the screened in porch or the back decks we’re just beautiful. It truly is a birders paradise with bald eagles, purple Martins, Barnes swallows, mockingbird, willets And an abundance of shorebirds. The house was very well stocked including hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filter and much more. I did bring my own kayaks but really didn’t need to because there were nice ones there for guest use. The house was clean and very comfortable. The upper loft bedroom has its own bathroom upstairs with great views from its own balcony. As with every other place on the eastern shore come prepared With good bug spray to deal with biting bugs when outside. We were there before the horseflies got too bad and there was typically a good breeze when sitting outside on the decks. Pretty much everything that you could need is there for the kitchen and cooking which I was very surprised with. It was a very peaceful and relaxing trip and I would definitely come again!"
