We had a suprise party for my partner and it was a great location for a group. Sleepover vibes, plus a grill, pool table, and dart board were loads of fun.

It was so quiet a hummingbird seemed loud! As in many of the reviews, the hot water doesn't work. A bracing rinse after the beach ok with you? If not, look elsewhere. Also! Go get a fish sandwich at Metompkin Seafood - it's $7 and the best.
This property is gorgeous! So peaceful and quite, I loved sitting on the front porch swing and enjoying nature. Watching sunset was the highlight of my stay. The inside of the cabin is beautiful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
We get together once a year, 5 guys, to hang out, catch up, shoot skeet, target shoot and fish. We do this at a different location every year. This location worked out great. It was private, allowed shooting and had enough room to sleep 5. We would use this cabin again!
Myself and my family loved our stay here. It was so peaceful and such a beautiful property. The pictures really do not do this place justice. Highly recommend and we will be back!
the cabin has everything u need inside to feel like home..quiet neighborhood spacious surroundings..remember to bring bug spray..a park is close by and plenty of water for activities..pool table in the cabin is my favorite..
It was excellent overall.
Very beautiful cabin, beautiful location, everything you need for the stay is provided.
Just bring bug spray if youre going to spend time outside.
This Beautiful serene little cabin back a long lane was the perfect beach getaway. I loved being out in the middle of no where away from everything but yet only a 30 minute drive to the beach. We Would definitely stay here again.
Our gps directed us into the field, and we had a hard time finding it after dark. The cabin is so cute and very private and quiet. It was a challenge to make meals in the tiny kitchen which had very little space to put things, but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a couple or small family.
Overall, it is a nice space for a getaway. The kitchen was a little cramped and not as user friendly as I'd hoped, though for a two day trip it was fine (might be tough for a family...). Nice to have a space that's close enough to Chincoteague, but far enough to relax quietly after a day out.
I enjoyed the two nights stay. Its a cabin for you and your partner to be able to unplug from your everyday life and reconnect with nature and each other. Really had the old fashion cabin feel with some modern amenities that kept us comfortable and entertained. Having no hot water was probably one of the biggest and only complaints that we had.

Good value
The cabin is absolutely adorable and loft setting is fun and functional. Floors, linens, and bathroom were clean but kitchen and other surfaces and decor were a bit dirty or dusty. The beds seemed smaller than standard full size but that could have been preception as we are a tall family. The pool table was lots of fun, laundry was convenient, and AC worked beautifully as it was extremely hot outside. Wifi signal wasn't great but all in all it is a great value for the price.
I brought my daughters here for a trip to celebrate my oldest daughter's 18th birthday. We visited Chincoteague and Assateague in search of wild horses. We were delighted with the location of this property and how the sun was setting on the land as we arrived--simplistic beauty. The next morning we enjoyed hearing and seeing the birds flutter in the meadow and we took out our instruments and played along with them. The porch was beautiful to sit and have breakfast and coffee. We made such good memories here and absolutely loved it. Also, the little train track bordering the cabin was so cool. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
We absolutely loved the location and the cabin itself it was nice to be secluded. Very clean and cozy. Only issue we had was with the air conditioner, the cabin stayed pretty hot (around 85 degrees) no matter what we did so we had to crack the doors to cool off. Pool table and darts were a hit, bar was nice to have for the friends we had stop in. We would definitely stay again in the fall/ winter times when it’s not so hot out, would be perfect if we could bring the dogs! Overall we loved it and didn’t want to leave.
