"This was a great hotel for a one night stay when I arrived in Savannah. It had everything I needed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Luggage storage was helpful and they were very professional and felt it was all secure. It was also the perfect central location. In the middle of the touristy downtown to the north and the heart of the historic district to the south. All very walkable and near some good restaurants. Would stay again! "

"Overall this hotel is nice. The parking fee per night for guest is outrageous! The air in our room did not work. When I alerted guest services they gave us a box fan to use and a $35 credit to use at the bar. So besides being unable to relax in the room cuz it was hot, it’s right on the riverfront and walkable to many things. So overall it was ok. "

"Lived this hotel, the room and everything in it was brand new. Big bathroom, ample Storage and closet space, hangers for clothes by the door, once inside the room outside sound was cut off. "The hotel was a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like was the deep base music that was almost vibrating the bed for three nights in a row until midnight or later. It was coming from a bar one block behind our room. "Overall a great location and most staff were excellent and welcoming. We were not able to access our room until the posted time but could drop off our luggage at the front desk. "When growing up, my family used to summer at the Crestmont in an Eagles Mayor PA. It was a turn-of-the-century haven for Philadelphia. This place had exactly the same feel; the same windows; beds; doors, etc. The foyer had an eclectic feel: there was a BMW chassis at the check-in. "For the cost paid, this hotel was nice but would not be my choice in the future. I have to say up front, the people who worked at this hotel were amazing. We were greeted with such kindness and they went out of their way to assist us in any way. However, the overall appearance of the hotel was nice but nothing extraordinary. "Spacious! Liked there was a full bath for both rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and nothing needed. We rented a car which was a waste of money. Everything is walkable. Uber if you have one of those places if you feel it’s too far to walk (still cheaper than renting a car). This place is central to everything. "
