"The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was as depicted. Matthew is a great host and very responsive and communicative. There were some issues beyond his control with the complex but he was helpful in explaining them and offering solutions. The location is just outside of downtown Savannah (about a 8-10 minute easy drive). For my purposes that was great. That said, there's not much that's walkable in the surrounding area if you're interested in that. Also, the kitchen could use...

"We were here to “do” Savannah in three full days. Walked everywhere (great location)and took trolley tour. Place was clean and well supplied with coffee, towels and tp, etc. great place to stay! Only reason I have a 4 on communication was because I didn’t hear from owner about check in process in a timely manner. "

"We've been happy here! Kroger 2 blocks away, parking off street, landscaping beautiful and a bonus 1/2 bath. Kitchen has all basic tools to make a good meal, private deck in rear makes relaxing easy! Bed is very comfortable but recommend you bring a firestick as the channels are limited. Only critique is that there should be an extra set of linens for extended stays like mine; there is laundry but one on one off would be better 😉."

It was easy to get on the free downtown bus to get to places that seemed out of walking distance, but most places were easy to walk to as well. We never could get the washer/dryer to work right, but everything else was exactly as mentioned in the listing. "

With a private parking spot for a vehicle (parking in Savannah is rough), walking distance of river street, Broughton street, and 95% of Savannah sights, it is the perfect place for a small family, or two couples. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be back!"
