"I really enjoyed my short stay, I felt super comfortable the moment I got into my room. It was super clean and tidy which is always the most important thing for me. The view of the Eiger was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, I even had to go to the hospital because I got ill and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful with finding me a doctor. The staff was super accommodating with everything I needed or any question I had, I actually was a bit sad to leave. I did not get to use the spa or pools as I forgot to bring my bikini and didn't have enough time but it looked absolutely wonderful. I like the concept of having to book a slot so that it doesn't get too busy, which really adds to feeling super zen. I was a solo traveller and the other guests were mostly couples. I will definitely be back another time, solo or not!"

"The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the hotel is in a good ,convenient position and the building is modern and stylish. We had a very good stay and enjoyed our visit to Lucerne. The restaurant was also excellent for the breakfast and evening meals. Thankyou for a wonderful stay at Cascada."

"This is a wonderful hotel situated in a small town just off the motorway The room looking out at the lake was lovely. They provided a mat and a bowl for our dog which was a nice touch. Parking on site is easy the breakfast fabulous. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. Will definitely return if passing again, but would stay longer to see more of the area. "
