Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Minor criticism - I dislike having a shower over bath (as a lot of people do), and the fact the bathroom door opens against the vanity.
