"I stayed the night and it was lovely. Staff were very kind and friendly. It's a budget guest house not a 5 star hotel, thus the accommodation is not bad for the price. Particularly, if you're looking for an overnight stay before onwarding to your next destination. The room I stayed in was huge and comfortable. I had two king size beds all to myself. "Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom."

"In transit for 3 days. I rented a big room with a nice balcony for a good price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. Location is very good, right near riverside. The hotel restaurant had good food at a good price so I mostly ate there. I recommend this guest house for an affordable option with a great location and will likely return."

"It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work."

"I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit."

"This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

"It didnt exist. The hotel is now only a bar. After traveling 27 hours I had no room!! When I booked this room the Travelocity booking agent called the hotel to confirm our late check in. I think they should have mentioned that the number was changed over a year ago. The owner of the bar said he contacted Travelocity but they get the occasional person who booked with Travelocity looking for a room"
