"This was an amazing and unique experience in the middle of the desert. The camel ride and the SUV tour was worth it . I had tea in the nomads tent ,visited the old mines , listening to a life Gnawa show and lunch at Nora restaurant than camel ride back to camp .The host Zaid was the best host ever , he picked us upon arrival at 2am and drove us to camp than serve us a full dinner course especially made for us .I want to thank Zaid ,Mohamed and Fatima for making our visit so special . "

"Camels, and 4X4’s, luxury and serenity. The camp had it all. It was the perfect experience and one I truly hope to experience again. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff. Thank you Alí and everyone else for giving us a memorable few days in Africa!"

"It was Dec so a little too cold in the desert for a comfortable sleep. They enough provided enough quilts but when the bed is cold, it is cold :-) They had warm running water, bathrooms were clean and well equipped. They do not take credit cards so be prepared to carry cash. The owner met us in the city afterwards, we had to stand in line, withdraw money multiple times from the ATM to give him cash. He was very friendly but the process took away time from our schedule. "

"We had an amazing 2-night stay at Kam Kam camps. We were welcomed graciously with tea and treats (as is typical in Morocco). The camp grounds were beautiful. Our tent was perfectly comfortable with gorgeously decorated, but still fairly simple as is expected when camping in the desert. Dinner was delicious and you definitely will not go hungry. "Staying at Royal Luxury Camps was nothing short of a dream. It was above and beyond expectation with respect to ambiance, customer service, and overall experience. "It seems a scam. I followed the GPS but found no one, no number to call. I had to contact Expedia but still could not find the contact. I had to book another hotel."

"The hospitality was second to none and the actually camp was beautiful had all modern enmities (clean private bathroom with rain shower that had hot and cold water), lights, comfortable bed and delicious food. We are in Morocco for two weeks and the food was probably some of the best we had so far. It’s in the middle of the desert so going hiking anytime or camel rides was easy. Absolutely fabulous!!!

"We only stayed one night, but it was a memorable one! Not only is the “Desert Villa” breathtakingly beautiful, but so was the atmosphere because of the hospitality of the owner Youssef and his brother. Youssef went above and beyond to make our evening there special. We arrived not too long before sunset and when he heard we’d planned to walk a little into the desert he immediately grabbed his car keys and took us to one of the further out high dunes. He encouraged us to climb up for a spectacular view, which we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. Dinner and breakfast in house were wonderful too and Youssef took time to talk to us about his life, life of Nomads and interesting facts about the area. "

"Staff was AMAZING , they went above and beyond to make an unforgettable experience!! They arranged an early check in, lunch option even though the restaurant was closed at that time. they were super friendly! Considering we were in the middle of Desert , The tent was comfortable, clean with private bathrooms. It has a beautiful view of the Sahara Desert from the camp , and they offer camel rides from the camp to see Sunset and Sunrise. We were celebrating my husband Birthday and they did a great surprise to him! I highly recommend Sanmao Luxury Camp to experience Sahara Desert in a unique and comfortable way. Best "

"It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. The hotel has not been full, nor were a lot of people inside of the hotel. It was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. We will definitely never stay at this property again. "
