"Didnt like the bathroom facility: no shower door, bathroom /toilet open to bedroom, no extraction fan in bathroom. Food was excellent and terrace was very pleasant. The staff, Aziz, Mobamad and Omar were very courteous and helpful/accomodating."

"Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "
