"This riad is beautifully designed with a touch of european feel and large open space. The room was spacious, very clean and had a balcony. The manager and owners are all very friendly. The area is quiet but also felt safe. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants within the medina. Just make sure you get dropped off by the parking lot near the hotel. Our tour bus dropped us off at a different location so we had trouble finding the Riad. Management was quick to respond to Expedia...

"Despite initial difficulty finding the place at the first time, the overall experience staying here was great. Ahmed proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and provided useful instructions. His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others. "

The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. "Hasan made sure we were well taken care of. He helped with luggage carrying toand from our check in and check out. He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. Je recommande fortement ce Riad qui est à prix imbattable dans le secteur. Facile d’accès par la route ( a 30 mètres puis 20 mètres à la première impasse à droite). "What a fantastic property! The location is very convenient with direct access to the Medina and a parking area. The Riad is beautiful with lush greenery in the courtyard and the welcoming sound of bird song. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the rooftop lounge areas are quite beautiful with many plants and flowers. "I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before...

"The location is unbeatable. A stones throw from the entrance to the ancient city which is the reason to visit Fes. The WiFi is very good. The water supply is also very good. Staff are helpful but limited English. Its a safe place too, no issues there. Breakfast mainly variety of breads with jam and butter coffee or tea. But the room is basic and no soap provided. I didn't have a soap dish or bath mat or towel rack. Room for improvement there. However for the rate and helpful staff I'd recommend...

Beautiful well-located Riad in the Fes Medina

"Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, well located and walkable to all parts of the Medina. Riad is beautifully restored, and they are in the process of adding new luxury suites and a pool that will be lovely. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. They arranged for us a walking tour of the Medina which was so necessary for us to get a good sense of the maze-like alleys and showing us things we never would have found on our own. They also arranged for seamless pickup from the train station to the Riad. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend! "

"I arrived late at night trains were delayed. On arrival the system was down but every care was taken to accommodate me whilst they got things back up and running. Suhur was only served until 2 am and no hot drinks but reception staff could see how tired I was and made arrangements for suhur to be served at 3am with hot morrocan tea. It the little things that set apart great customer service. I was really happy and amazed at the service that an offered. . "
