"Great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They helped with tours, airport shuttle at 4:30 in the morning, and even lent us an adapter as we left ours in a previous Riad. Although they don’t have a full restaurant, they do provide a lovely breakfast. Would recommend! "

"2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!"

"Hotel room was a twin room and was absolutely fine. Clean beds, floor, great location with train station and taxi stand. Pool area very relaxing. Plenty of food options for cheap nearby. Check in was simple. Decent price. Would be using it again in future for any trips to Fes. Only small issue would be nice to have few more sockets for electronics but not a big deal at all."
