"這次的旅行是家庭旅遊，建議最好是三天兩夜 餐點早餐和晚餐都有提供，蠻好吃的，而且這個地點正好位在阿里山森林遊樂園中，到哪裡都很方便 交通有接駁車還不錯 頂樓7樓的雲海跟日落是一定要去看的 早上的火車票建議前一天下午4:30前就去買好，否則有時候買不到票要搭接駁車，整個阿里山賓館大概有3分之二是外國人，感覺起來外國人覺得這個價位還好或許台灣人就覺得太貴。"

It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan. "
