Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). Un autre petit plus pourrait être apporté en mettant à disposition un gel douche dans les salles de bain. Cependant bonne communication avec l’hôte . "

"We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful."

"View over the lake is breathtaking. The Villa is lovely. The kitchen is outdated which comes as a surprise compared to the rest of the villa. Overall a great space."

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. The kitchen is very functional. Bathroom are ok however during our stay we have had to wait a few minutes before having hot...

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night.
