"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall fantastic stay and we are very grateful to the staff for all their care and attention, it really makes a huge difference!"

"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève". La qualité des services et des infrastructures sont dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 5 étoiles. Personnel mal élevé et toujours enclin à vouloir faire le minimum. Je vous conseille d'éviter ce piège à touristes à tout prix."

"This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French. Information regarding your access to the apartment and to request linen and towels is there in the email…in French. If you don’t speak French…you will be lost like I was when I showed up to the property. Linens and towels will cost you extra $$$. You also have to bring your own soap and toilet paper as they won’t supply it to you or offer to sell you these items either. Good luck!"
