"The first time went much better! I’m not sure if we will rent this property again. I couldn’t get any communication from host when I asked for a late checkout, weeks before our stay. The front door lock does NOT work and you have to walk up the stairs by the deck and go in that door. The master bath ceiling started leaking once it started snowing, looks like it’s been an issue for a bit. At 10AM the morning of our departure, a man came out to look at hot tub & remarked “foul”. "This cabin provided just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip! Had everything we needed and felt very homey. Love the pellet stove. Super close to Steamboat for a steal of a price! Could definitely see our group staying here again! Gary was very helpful during the check-in process and a quick responder when needed."

"I wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice cabin in a beautiful area. Very clean and well equipped. A perfect place to get away but not too far from town. We saw some elk, eagles and ducks from the front porch. The aspens were awesome and we loved the drive up on the Flat Tops. The fall colors were unreal."
