"We had 8 women celebrating birthdays for 2nights! We enjoyed the cabin very much very cozy and well stocked! We did have some check in issues with a wrong code and having communication service is a bit of a problem. We were able to go to neighbors for wi-fi but they were hesitant to help us . We also did not have the access to the shared property that was described in the description of property! Hopefully they will work that out amongst the property owners! It was a fun stay with friends!"

"We loved the serene area of where the home was located, just off Rabbit Ears Pass. It was tucked away/cozy in the aspens with a nice deck to enjoy the outdoor space. However, the outdoor space could use some updating like sanding the deck/new patio furniture and maybe an umbrella/shade. We would have liked to spend more time out there, but when we went the weather was very warm so the direct sun moved us back indoors. "We visited in March and loved the price compared to other options closer to steamboat. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. It was like a 90s throwback but in the best way possible. Cabin was SO clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated that we could bring our furry family members too. Great spot with access to everything."

"This was a great cabin by the river. Very peaceful about 30 minutes from town. Disappointed that the tennis courts didn’t have nets but Other than that, great spot! Would be great for a reunion if you booked a few cabins."
