"Right when we walked in the cabin was neat and put together quite well. There were plenty of cooking supplies to get us along for the short weekend we were there. The Lodge was so nice. It was so clean and neat. The floors were heated when you took your boots off at the door, making for a warm place to freshen up with a nice warm shower. I went early in the morning and no one else was showering at the same time as me which made my mornings feel slow and peaceful. We all really enjoyed our stay...

"Wonderful mountain home and we were lucky to get fresh snow for the tubing hill about 20-30 minute drive away. Everything we needed was there. The views are postcard worthy. As others have mentioned, the driveway deserves careful attention with the presence of snow/ice. There are many supplies to help, but take good care and try to arrive in daylight. "

"Good communication with owners. Loved the fire pit and outdoor lighting and BBQ area. Cabin was a little chilly but a heater was provided in a bedroom. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Had a good time soaking up the fall colors and excellent location to USFS and fishing. Quiet neighbors."

"This was a great cabin by the river. Very peaceful about 30 minutes from town. Disappointed that the tennis courts didn’t have nets but Other than that, great spot! Would be great for a reunion if you booked a few cabins."

Caused an issue, where the next morning at breakfast when mom and dad had to go explain some stuff about the birds and bees when our youngest walked in while we were “wrestling” according to the oldest, happened when youngest, late one night needed their night night cup refilled. "Perfect place to stay for a family of 4 plus 2 small dogs! Perfect size, great location, very peaceful! Unit was very cute and functional. We loved being able to walk down to the river right behind our unit and being out of town closer to Steamboat Lake was great for what we wanted to do during our visit. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was unaware that this cabin was inhabited with dogs. Being an asthmatic and allergic to dogs, I spent the 3 days coughing. We were already unpacked and it was too much trouble to move. I wish that was made known on the front page of the rental., otherwise it was a peaceful stay."

"We visited in March and loved the price compared to other options closer to steamboat. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. It was like a 90s throwback but in the best way possible. Cabin was SO clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated that we could bring our furry family members too. Great spot with access to everything."
