"An absolute favourite hotel of mine. The hotel itself is great, the food is good, the drinks are great, the location is beautiful. The thing that keeps me coming back though is the staff, the welcome and the friendliness I have always had. It goes such a long way. Until the next time!"

"furniture could have been from a thrift store, restaurant but only if you buy their half pension deal so had to go elsewhere to eat, overpriced for the quality"

"Check in went smooth, room was a bit outdated and small toiletries insufficient for a shower and hair wash. We tried the pool area which was relaxing after our long drive. On check out the receptionist said only cash and I had to go around the village for a cash machine, after a good 15min I checked with another hotel and they took me in person to the only cash machine of the village located inside a bank which wasn’t opened at 7:30am. "We came for the Christmas Markets. It was in a perfect location. Steps from The Golden Roof, shopping and in the middle of the market action. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were modern, fun and clean with some cool features like a sitting swing. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. The view when you walk out the front doors is stunning with the homes and alps greeting you. "
