"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."

"The staff was lovely, the included breakfast Very Good (especially the fresh orange Juice) and the hotel itself very comfortable. Being just inside the Old city was perfect. Only a mile from the train station, a quick €11 ride. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."

Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night.
