"Door lock battery died, staff refused to give me a new room, they said they woukd let me in the room if i left but asked i dont leave as much so they dont have to let me in all the time. The air conditioner was stuck on cold and high. Talk about feeling like your in a meat freezer. Cigarette burns all over the bed covers. Smelled like a smokers special even though i was in a nonsmoking room. Light bulbs out in the room (not a hug deal but annoying) "

"The house served us well to rest after day trips to Medina, Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We found some awesome farm to table restaurants and farm markets nearby. However, the house's kitchen lacked decent cookware to prepare our finds. There needed to be instructions for the space heaters and fireplace heaters. The master bedroom was chilly and we were unable to start the fireplace heaters to warm up."
