"The staff are very friendly and helpful, the price was right, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool, fitness centre and sauna looked nice (although we didn't use them). There's even a pool table! The only downsides are that the walls are very thin and a normal volume conversation can easily be heard in neighbouring rooms. (Earplugs fixed this) Also, the 'hot tub' was cold, had broken jets sticking out into the water, and was very dirty. Was it as expected? Yes. Would we stay there...

I pulled up and was greeted by the sweetest golden retriever. I gave him some attention, and he lapped it up. He must have decided we were friends because he followed me into the lobby to check in. I just assumed he must belong to the family that runs the resort and thought nothing of it. Really one of the sweetest dogs. There was no one around, but...
