"3 families comfortably slept in the 4 bedrooms with good bedding. The Boat House supplied everything needed to prepare a large Thanksgiving feast. We appreciated that the house was very nicely decorated for holidays. The hot tub was a big hit. Many hours were spent enjoying the lake view and sunset from the west windows in the first floor enclosed sun porch and the upstairs bedrooms. The nice two tiled showers were greatly enjoyed. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed.
