"Our stay was nice. Amenities are simple (coffee machine/tea is extra fee). I loved that the kids had their own bed. Room size was good! Simple room- no frills. Great location to Disney. Shuttle was easy to use. Overall good stay."

"Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-("
