"This hotel is top notch! Our amazing experience began with checkin which was efficient, considerate, and helpful. Parking was available across the street and accessible 24 hours a day. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. They even left a doggie treat and blanket which was just so thoughtful and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The hotel and staff were beyond amazing. They were genuinely friendly and helpful immediately to any of my needs. The grounds, too, were very interesting. I spent 3.5 hours walking trails in the forest. It was delightful and relaxing. I want to come again and have my friends visit as well."

We opted for private parking which was below the nearby mall - the hotel provides a swipe card and directions. A short walk back to the hotel, but felt very safe about leaving the rental car there. "We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "
