"This place was excellent as it was described. Place is very clean and lots of room for large families. Kids loved the adventure in surroundings. I would definitely recommend people to stay again. If i get a large group, this would be my place based on proximity from Toronto. "

"Cute and Cozy! Bright and Relaxed! Gorgeous views of Lake Huron from the comfort of your chair or walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to the Marina, farmers market, restaurants, library and shops. Short drive to groceries. 30 min drive to spa,scenic caves. Loved our trip! excellent host!"

"We had an amazing time at the “Paddle”. It was clean, bright and welcoming. We enjoyed both of the patio areas. Everything was so lovely we found ourselves wishing would could stay for two or three more days. It was the perfect location for access to Thornbury, The Roost, Georgian Hills Winery, Spy and Coffin Ridge. We would absolutely stay at the “Paddle” again. Thank you for hosting us! "

"Our group of 7 were so happy to to be back at Highland House for another stay! Our host, David was there to welcome us and answer any questions. He gave us some tips on the pizza oven which resulted in amazing, delicious pizza our first night. The log home is beautifully decorated and cozy, all beds are very comfortable and the property, inside and out, was clean and well maintained. What an amazing property to reconnect with great friends over delicious food, good wine and lots of laughter!...
