"This property is beautiful on a large river front lot! Communication w rental company was very efficient and fast. Plenty of room for our large deck. The only negative is the place really does need more restrooms w showers. The owners did recently build an outside casita which is essentially a large bathroom that is nice. The written description indicated that a full kitchen was available (stove, etc…) no, an outdoor grill…no (unless there was one under cover down in the very messy and scary leafy abyss under the stairs/porch), a washing machine/laundry area…no. "Everything was immaculate and nicely done. We had 4 teen girls and the floor plan, hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the stairs were a little dangerous. My elderly parents came to visit and were unable to go down the stairs without being supported by 2 people. The girls slipped on the stairs coming up from the hot tub in the dark.
