"Nice place, clean on the inside however the car port area near the grilling area was covered in dry mud. Home sits on an incline and it looks like it flooded and the mud was left behind from the drain off. It would have been nice to be able to sit out in that area to enjoy our dinner."

"Really loved this little cottage! Very private and Peaceful. It's perfect for a couples weekend with room for a couple of children. Close to alot of activities. Less than 30 minutes to Gruene/New Braunsfel. We went to the rodeo and steakhouse in Bulverde on Saturday night. It was a little less than an hour away. This would be a really good spot during the summer with the Guadalupe in the back yard. We will definitely stay again."

"The property was great as far as amenities, space, and privacy. It was just my partner and I but we would definitely love to go back with our family to enjoy all the outdoor activities together. The only things we felt could be better were cleanliness, updated fixtures, and properly connected tv/internet. For the most part everything was clean/organized, especially the pool which was great, but the floor could’ve been swept more, there was some crumbs in the microwave, and a couple of roaches...
