"Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. "Nice quiet little town with two bigger cities both north and south that are 10-15 minutes away. The history they have for you to read about this little house was very interesting and enjoyable to learn. Karen, the owner, was quick to answer and questions even over the Christmas weekend. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Highly recommend this rental. "

"before arriving contacted property manager, asked about kitchen, was told i would have everything i would need to prepare a meal. Found no bakeware, or microwave ware, no measuring cups or spoons, only 4 forks and knives, 4 bowls, no strainer, no hand soap, garbage bags. "We saw some earwigs and were killing them so I think a pest control visit is in order. The king bed was very hard and not comfortable. The water in the bathroom when running down the sink smelled awful. Other than that the stay was geat the environment was cool and the property managemnrt team was informative quick and very nice. "
