"The apartment building was very nice, easy to access the garage gates and elevators thru the App. The door lock was a bit tricky but no big deal. The place looked exactly like the pictures on line which is always a plus, however there wasn't a little "Welcome Packet" with instructions on how to operate the TV, the washer & dryer, or the thermostat. Which could've included the local, walkable restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also could've used more bath towels, so we didn't have to do...

"We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO."

"Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. "This property on Maryland has it all. Clean, easy check-in, off street parking, plenty of space for our family, cozy beds and DC/patriotic themed decor. The check-out/clean up was minimal which we also appreciated. The H St steercar (which is free) was a short walk and can get you close to Union Station so you can utilize the metro system easily. We enjoyed all the close restaurant options Ben's, Stable, Daru to name a few. Whole Foods is also close. This is definitely a place we would stay...
