"This house is a 10/10! Here's why:Every room has a view of the lake! It's bigger than I expected. It has a very well-equipped kitchen that looks over a huge dining/family room combo that has a big fireplace, TV, balcony, and big windows with views of the lake. Private bedrooms with big 4-piece bathrooms & balconies on top & bottom floor.The bottom floor living room is really big, has super comfortable sofas, a TV, and is SO cozy with it's fireplace. With the pull out sofa and the double doors that close, it makes a great 3rd bedroom. There is another bathroom on the bottom floor with a single sink, toilet, and stand up shower that can be dedicated to this 3rd bedroom. My children loved making this space their own! The townhome was incredibly clean and came with all the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion you would need. LOCATION: This is literally the closest house to the village! I loved the location as I like being able to walk to grab a coffee in the morning, walk to indulge in a margarita and Mexican food after a day of playing in the snow, walk to Stater Bros for groceries, or an easy and safe place to walk your dogs. Stephanie, our property manager, was exceptional and my trip could not have happened without her help and guidance. She is a truly exceptional human! For us, this was the ideal rental for our time in Lake Arrowhead. I've stayed in several rental cabins and at the resort through the years, but this will be my go-to rental moving forward! "

"Plenty of spaces. The TV room was a great spot to end each day, curling up under a blanket and snuggling in while watching a show. So much attention to detail throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Bathrooms are set with towels, soaps, Bedrooms are comfortable and private. Communication with our host was easy and responsive. We will happily stay in exquisite 3-bedroom mountain home again in the future. I kind of want to make it an annual trip, thanks to having a great option for a place to stay! The house was impeccable. Incredibly clean, decor and design was stunning and inspiring, and our host thought of everything - seriously everything. Location was great too. We never wanted to leave and we will definitely be back!"

"The property is beautiful yet feels like home. All three bedrooms had large sized beds with comfy bedding. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in. The livingroom area was the perfect space to bring family together. The backyard deck and glass fireplace was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. This location was literally the closest property to the village the location couldn’t get any better! Management was also great at communicating and very kind. Will definitely be back!"
