Entry Level
The entry level is spectacular! It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen featuring European style cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless appliances. The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with fireplace. The first of 2 master suites resides on this level. Richly appointed with designer details, pillow-top king, roman tub, walk-in shower, and fireplace. Furnished deck.

2nd Level (below entry)
The 2nd level hosts a den with fireplace, the second master suite, 2 standard bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and deck. Richly appointed bedrooms feature quality furnishings, pillow-top mattresses, luxury bedding, ample closet space, hi-def tv’s and stunning treetop view. Master suite hosts a king bed, standard bedrooms (1) king, and (1) queen. In addition, the level hosts a detached game room with bar seating, pool and ping pong tables, oversized Hi-Def TV and Xbox One.

3rd Level (below 2nd)
The 3rd level consists of 2 bedrooms joined by a Jack and Jill bath. Bedrooms feature pillow-top king and queen, designer bedding and furnishing. The bathroom, a shower/tub combo.

4th Level (above entry)
Camp Cozy is the only room on this level and is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds.

TV’s are located in both living rooms, master bedrooms and game room. The game room is equipped with pool and ping pong tables, Xbox One and Amazon Echo. Subscription services include Amazon Music and Prime Video.

Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Golden Lodge features 2 fully appointed decks with treetop and creek view. Featuring ample seating, coffee tables, over-sized stainless BBQ, and fire pits.

The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. Decorative candles are throughout. The laundry comes complete with DUAL washer & dryers, related supplies and iron with board. And, dual water heaters.

Lake Arrowhead Access
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. Guest access to Lake Arrowhead is fee based like an amusement park. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.

Public Lakes and Trails
There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.

Furry Family Member Friendly
We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate rent $100, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $75 a night per pet.
