I We arrived on a Friday with a note on the door to check in with a phone number for check in details. I called over 10 times with no answer. I rang the ring doorbell 3 times and finally received a response that my key was in my room. The next morning I realized we had minimal toilet paper with no extra roles under the sink. I called the phone number given to contact the front desk at 8 am and left a message. I came home from adventures around 3pm no toilet paper and another guest trying to check in with no response from the front desk number. Go figure, this experience sounds familiar. I call again and leave a message. I then go to dinner. Come back to no toilet paper again. I had to go buy some at this point. I wake up on the day I check out and my car alarm went off. To my surprise I see the front desk lady walk out of her room (I am completely shocked that she lives onsite). She ask if anything is wrong. No response to any of my calls but when she is woken up she decides to show her face. Wow, that was a slap in the face. We loved our room. We loved the snack bar. We loved the location and price. In regards to service, you won’t get any. Enjoy your stay!
