"The house was very well appointed and stocked. Beautifully decorated. It’s located on a cul-de-sac walking distance to the town center of Edwards. There’s also a wonderful paved bike path from Edwards to Vail along the river if interested. The only potential issue with the house is the amount of stairs, as the three non-master bedrooms are on the lowest level (entrance is on top level), which required our oldest guests (grandparents) to navigate lots of stairs to enter and exit the house. "This property is absolutely breathtaking. We were there to do a wedding styled shoot and it was perfect. The lodge is clean and so nice. The pictures don't do this place justice. Its quiet, lots of wildlife, 3 ponds, views for days and nobody else in sight. It was perfect for us. It is a bit difficult to find but if you follow the written directions given by the host you'll get there no problem. I have zero complaints and highly recommend it!!"

"The property is nice. The only thing to take in consideration is the bedrooms are upstairs. So getting our luggage with a family of 5 was a little hectic going up the stairs. The house was spacious The washer/dryer is a combination and something we had a little trouble to use. It would be beneficial to maybe have directions by the washer/dryer. But we had a great Spring Break with our granddaughters"
