"We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. "We really enjoyed this place as a base for our ski trip to Vail. Shuttle was free and just a couple minute walk. Tranquil setting made for nice mornings. Minturn was a charming town. Very communicative and accommodating hosts. While the shower and couch weren’t overly large, and there were a lot of steps this place served it’s purpose well and was clean overall. Would stay here again, thank you!"

"We very much appreciated being able to bring our furry family members. Thank you!Good location between Beaver Creek and Vail. We had cars so it was fine not being convenient to any shuttle stops. It’s in a neighborhood so it was quiet and pleasant. Typical mountain condo otherwise. We had many meals in the condo (Christmas week) and it was well equipped for that. The place definitely has a lot of wear and tear on it and could use a refresh. Worked fine for us. Thanks!"

"Repeat visitor to this property and its exactly what it says it is. The location is its #1 feature with easy access to everything Beaver Creek. Some things to consider though if staying here, 1) parking is expensive enough we took the EPIC shuttle instead (research this to make the best decision), 2) the unit function like a big hotel room versus a condo in that there is no kitchen and the bathroom is the simple vanity/toilet/tub/shower. 3) there is no natural light in the loving area as the...

"Great duplex for 3 couples, fabulous kitchen, nice hot tub for apres ski, lots of room. Huge table for meals and computers. I70 is close and noisy outside, but very quiet inside house."
