"We went to Pirates Cov waterpark. Starve Rock hiking. But when we came back to the house it was like home. We all live in the country in Indiana and love it. Very clean lots of room. The kids had fun deciding what room they were going to sleep in. Thank u so much for our stsy"

"We enjoyed the view from our rental and the quietness of the community. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the rental. The furniture was in bad shape and the level of cleanliness was not to my standard. Kitchen table was wobbly and couch and chair were not comfortable. You could bounce in the chair when you sat down. "Everything was great! We came for a wedding weekend and then there was an unexpected change in the itinerary in which we were asked to host a small family gathering at the house. The small gathering turned out great, we had enough room and space to accommodate. The game room was enjoyed by both adults and children. "

The history they have for you to read about this little house was very interesting and enjoyable to learn. Karen, the owner, was quick to answer and questions even over the Christmas weekend. "Pros - Beautiful location and kids had an amazing time skipping stones in the river. Con’s - the downstairs toilet ran so we had to turn the water to it off, the kitchen faucet wasn’t just a little wiggly (you could tilt it back and forth/side to side), and there was what appeared to be a whole load of dirty dishes someone had unloaded in the cupboard/shelves. "The house seemed new and very clean. It has a nice view of the water from the porch. We liked that we could get into town in about 5 minutes and were about 20 minutes from Starved Rock. There is a nice restaurant in the subdivision if you wanted to get out for food or a drink but not wanting to drive into town. No complaints at all."

"We came to the area to visit family for our family Christmas! This beautiful home gave us plenty of extra space to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was immaculately clean! The Christmas lights and decorations were an added plus! "

"The house was really spacious for the 12 of us to stay at. We really enjoyed all of the games that the house came with. The land is absolutely beautiful and we had space to set up outdoor sports as well. Overall, we had an unforgettable weekend at the ranch!"
