"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."

"We liked this place. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the other games they had. Beds were comfortable. This place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs."

"My husband and I just got back from Wine Down Acres and we’re already talking about our next stay there. The house was clean, the property well taken care of, and the hosts were very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property and swimming in the pond. We didn’t bring fishing gear this time, but next time we will, as the pond was well stocked with fish. Even though the hosts live at a house on the back of the property, we felt very secluded and had plenty of privacy. We spent most of our time sitting on the front porch, swimming in the pool, or laying under the trees just enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the busy life for a few days of peace and relaxation."
