"It's a beautiful home set on a large property. It has a beautiful pool that we enjoyed and lots of room to spread out in. We met the owner who was very nice and obviously takes great pride in his property. In renting this property, you should know that it is 5-10 minutes from the main road on a gravel drive that is moderately maintained. "This host anticipated all our needs and more. Everything was extremely clean and organized. She gave extra touches like a bag of ice in the freezere, fresh flowers and personalized note of welcome. I would highly recommend this host. The neighborhood appeared a little run down, but this by no way effected our stay due to the superb quality of the home. It was very quiet also."

"We stayed here two nights while we were in College Station for the football game. The was even cuter and cozier in person than the pics! The house is recently remodeled and the host has thought of everything! Beds were great, everything was super clean, and the host left a box of pastries that served as a great breakfast both mornings. We loved the home and would definitely stay again!"

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country.
