"My son and I take an annual trip together. Goal is to visit a city we have not seen and to take in a baseball game. This house was perfect for that. It is located in a quiet older neighborhood that is going through various revival steps. House was clean. No TV but that did not bother us. Walking distance from the lake and restaurants. Tim was a great host, providing quick responses to questions I had and providing local recommendations on places to eat. "

"The house was very clean and on a quiet street. The check in process was very easy. We had 3 couples with us so the multiple bedrooms was very convenient for our group. We go to a few browns games and year and would stay here again. "

"Great property, Great host excellent response times. Nice towels and wash cloths... nice to have 3 bathrooms & 3floors. Nice amenities, private, close to downtown and nice restaurants. Nice huge TV in living room and basement loved the video games also. Good place to stay. Professional hosts. Will stay there when I am in town or one of his other homes. Thanks Brian. "

"This house is in a good location with short drives to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Cleveland and Lake Erie. Parma had a good number of restaurants and food stores. Our family made good use of the hot tub and game room.host was very receptive to ideas to make the house even better."

"A group of coworkers met here for a conference. It was an easy location to get to, plenty of parking, place was clean. It was much better than all of us staying at a hotel. We convened around the dining room table, but all had our own private space too, as the house is huge. Thanks for allowing us to stay here. "
