We needed to add a room to our reservation upon arrival and the staff was very helpful and we were able to get a fourth room. Walking distance to restaurants. With valet parking, we didn’t need to worry about the car, they made it available when we needed it."

"The architecture was amazing, friendly staff, on site restaurant was very convenient but a little pricey, and the shuttle driver knew his way around Cleveland clinic which took a lot of stress off of us. Would definitely stay there again. "
