"Check in at the office was quick and easy, as was finding the property. The chalet was immaculate and the view from the lounge/ dining room was amazing. The chalet has everything we needed and it was great that there were some kids toys as well. We traveled with our 3 year old who found the mezzanine steps a bit challenging and you would probably want a stair gate if traveling with anyone younger. "We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."
