"The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. "We stayed at the Sea Breeze luxury collection - and the view of the sea from our room was like being in a fairytale! The beach was magical and that was our #1 reason for the trip. We really loved and appreciated the staff from Check in - to the restaurants - to the Cleaning crew and the beach activities. We met quite a few recurring visitors which is a big clue as to what a zen resort this is. Only 3 choices of restaurants for dinner - but the menu changes. We’d love to go back. "
