We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number.
