"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!"

Very walkable to Hotel de Ville, tourist office, market hall, Carrefour, laundromat, Plateau des Poetes and Jardin de la Plantade parks, SNCF train station, transit hub at Place DeGaulle, and lots of shopping of all kinds."

"Room was nice, property good with nice facilities. However a hotel of this size should have a bar. Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. The maids cleaning room were lovely!"

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "

Left a lot to be desired!!

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."
